Account Manager (Maternity Leave)

We’re hiring a mid-level Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and lead the delivery of connected experience projects. This role is currently to cover for a Client Manager who has gone on maternity leave, with the potential to go full time after the year is completed.
Roles & responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships across key accounts, acting as a trusted partner to clients
- Lead client conversations with confidence — from briefing through to delivery and beyond
- Challenge and shape client thinking where needed, not just respond to it
- Build long-term relationships that create repeat work and account growth
- Lead projects end-to-end: from initial brief through to delivery and post-launch evaluation
- Define clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
- Drive momentum across projects — ensuring progress, clarity and accountability at every stage
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams without compromising quality
- Orchestrate teams across strategy, creative, technology and delivery
- Translate between disciplines — ensuring everyone is aligned on what we’re building and why
- Actively contribute to the work, helping shape outputs — not just managing process
- Ensure feedback loops are clear, constructive and move work forward
- Manage project budgets, scopes and profitability with confidence
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new ideas, extensions or additional phases
- Support senior stakeholders in building account strategies and long-term value
- Understand how your work contributes to wider business performance
